FEDERAL DISCLAIMER Contributions to the PAC will be used in connection with federal elections and are subject to the provisions of the Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA). Contributions to the Pharmavite PAC are not tax deductible for federal or state income tax purposes. Participation in the Pharmavite PAC is strictly voluntary. No employee is required to participate. You have the right to refuse to contribute without reprisal. Any suggested amounts for contributing are merely suggestions. You are free to contribute more or less than the suggested amount or you may contribute nothing at all. You will not be favored or disadvantaged by reason of the amount of your contribution or by your decision not to contribute. The maximum allowable contribution to the Pharmavite PAC is $5,000 per individual per calendar year or $10,000 per year for spouses combined .Only U.S. citizens or “green card” holders may contribute to the Pharmavite PAC. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
